Did it first go.

I am not fit.

But have always been able to lift my weight no dramas.

In 3 weeks I have noticed a big difference with my chest and shoulders. Also my core muscles. I'm also doing cardio and other gym work and have lost about 2.5kgs in the last 4 or so weeks. Can't help but think this has assisted somewhat.

Back into it last night. Consistently can't get the last set out without an extended break.

Highly doubting some people can do over 40 if you "cant be farked" doing the routine... if you cant be bothered doing a routine like that, you havent been able to build up to that many pushups.

I might start this...sounds like fun.

Usually I do 3-4 sets of 20 during a small workout.

Do i have to do this all in one go...or is as many push ups as I can...with breaks in between?
