I knew the answer to this instantly;0.05 of a second to be precise--Dud BEATTIE--watched him play for Qld & Aust. when I was a teenager back in the 50s.

He is literally a DUD & would have felt at home today in a red & green guernsey.
He indeed was an Aust. selector.

BTW,I'm quite happy for MADUNIT to enter the quiz. ie. without you giving him the answers,mate--I'm the GUN!!
