we need a 1st grade winger i know he stole his coach's car in england and he was in a car accident with 2 other idiots and he was always up to his neck in trouble at stmerge.but seeming our back line is poor id throw him a life line and if he plays up kick him to the gutter where is antics belong worth a shot though all the other teams are buying everyone except for us we only sign duds!!!
to be honest we are flattering ourselves being on 8th pos
Well done, but your sentence should have a full stop at the end and a capital letter for Pommy one because it's a name and two because it's the first word in a sentence.
Conveniently dodged my questions about him playing for St George and his behaviour though.
Listen up you dim wits. Locke did not play for the Dragons. He played for the Warriors.
All this talk about getting rid if Inglis is laughable.
I remember the last time souths had a big named star accused of not putting in. We had gotten to round 7 with more losses than wins and this player was accused of not being interested and calls all over social media for that player to be moved on early as his mind was clearly somewhere else. That player? Sam Burgess. Which year? 2014
If any player deserves a run of bad games it's greg inglis, a can't believe how unloyal some souths fans are to the player that was most pivotal to our first premiership in 43 years.
A run? He's not been in form for about a year.
oi r20 ......rsag was calling me 6yrs old and a child so many times on his posts and you backed him up i was very disappointed in you, maybe you missed all his stupid posts to me?
There are so many things wrong with what you have said. First of all, signings are generally completed as soon as the players become available. Most of the time signings are done during the actual playing season (which I disagree with) but there are plenty of instances when players are signed in the off season (i.e. Sonny-Bill, James Roberts etc..) If you remember, Sam was preparing for and ultimately playing in the rugby world cup, so there is no way that he would have had time to think about his playing future. Basically what I am saying is that we got this deal done at the earliest possible time. Most rosters are settled by November for next year, some clubs have a little left for a cheap player released, or sometimes there is a positional merry-go round (was centres last off season). When sam announced his desire to come back to rugby league souths were pretty much settle for 2016. When sam announced his comeback there was only 2 realistic options, 1. Come back to souths, 2. Go to leeds on a marquee player contract. We basically had a bidding war with a rich club who could pay whatever they wanted for him. We lost out heavily in that war as 'we absolutely had to have him as he'll lif the whole team- (which he hasn't' and as a result we lost 3 rep players. Now if we had let sam go with leeds (which would of been short term thing as he would of itching to get back to the nrl) for a season we could of kept dylan, mcqueen and Grant (amd possibly grevsmuhl for 2017) and had a whole year to figure out how to fit sam in the cap. That year could of seen us get rid of shadows 'duds', guys like maybe tyrell, keary, goodwin etc and could of given guys like mcinnes, c.walker, musgrove and turner an extra year to develop without the pressure of 'sams back souths are favourites again'. So going into 2017 we will lose grevsmuhl and go into the year with shadows 'duds' plus no room to sign any decent players, while if we didn't panic we'd have a year of developing and maybe making the 8 (which is what we have now, now that sam isn't the miracle fix everyone expected) and we could of gone into 2017 with a team that looks like this
1. Inglis
2. A.J
3. Hunt
4. Walker
5. Gray
6. C. Walker
7. Reynolds
8. T. Grant
9. Mcinnes
10 g. Burgess
11. Turner
12. Sutton
13. S. Burgess
14. Carter
15. Mcqueen
16. T. Burgess
17. Musgrove
18. Auva'a
19. Clark
20. Grevsmuhl (maybe)
21. Cook
22. Brown
Also shadow we helped alien see the light.

Now you made a point about letting him go to Leeds on the basis that we could keep other players. First of all, what makes you so sure that another team like the Roosters, the Sharks, Raiders etc. all who had salary cap space available would not have made a bid and snared him? Remember, under the terms of his release, if we default on offering a deal then he has the right to sign for other clubs. In any case, he openly stated that he missed living in Australia. Secondly, even if we were to sign him after his stint in Leeds, we would still need to shed players to fit him under the cap. Moreover, the players that we let go weren't performing. For instance, Chris McQueen has been in decline for over 2 years and has already been benched by the Titans! Glenn Stewart was both injury prone and probably lacked the motivation to play for a club other than Manly and Tim Grant was nothing special. Dylan Walker is an interesting one. I personally wouldn't have let him go but he hadn't played well all year in 2015 and actually regressed. Additionally, the club also had its disciplinary problems with him and the whole prescription drugs saga was the last straw. Lastly, Grevsmuhl was let go not because we couldn't fit him under the cap but because our offer wasn't large enough for him; he wanted to stay with us but we didn't offer him enough. In all honesty, I've felt that Madge has never really rated him which is illustrated through the numerous key games that Maguire has left Grevsmuhl out of.
In terms of money we still actually have a bit to play with. We chased James Roberts pretty hard right before the season started but he snubbed us because he wanted to play under Wayne Bennett. Also, the young players that we have got now, the likes of Brown, Gray, Musgrove, McInnes, Hunt are all playing in first grade and gaining valuable experience so I don't exactly see what the problem is. Lastly, I completely detest the view that Sam Burgess isn't performing or doing his job. Remember, he is not superman and if you look at the stats he is still making approximately 150 metres a game and close 40 tackles over the last few weeks. That is excellent by any standards let alone being in a team that has played poorly over the last few weeks. I'd be so bold to say that if it weren't for Sam then we would have been beaten by much greater margins than those that were handed out by the Roosters and Cowboys!
So my overriding point by saying all this is that it is wrong to blame our current predicament on Sam Burgess. I get that everyone is frustrated but pointing the finger at our best player is crazy. People seem to forget how good he was over the opening two rounds! Believe me when I say that we are a much stronger side with him than without him!
knock it off bro
You know it makes sense though:lol:
alien has been shiit stirring lately maybe another person has hijacked his post?
