We're in a situation and we're gonna have to deal with it. Southspride put it very well i've pretty much been saying the same thing this whole time but people still remain ignorant and want things that just can't happen overnight.

The way RL is played today Sths have as much chance of winning the comp as any other team.

If they make it to the 8 & then strike a bit of form;ie.along with GI & Sam firing bigtime,there's always a chance. Final's footy;a much different ballgame.

In saying that there are a few teams that seem well above Sths at present,notably the Broncs & the Cowboys!!

What you say is correct. I think that is the reason why we shouldn't get too despondent about our recent form; things can change very quickly in this competition because the teams are so evenly matched - that is the whole point of the salary cap. In saying that, our playing roster, in terms of talent, is probably among the top 5 teams in the competition; it is just a matter of getting them in form and playing well.

CURNS WROTE:I was there. It was great to see all the boys. My 3 year old was psyched to meet GI amd my wife got a photo with Sam (she looked like she was about to wet herself). Paul Carter particularly impressed me. I said to him, "Well played last night, Paul. Way to run hard and hit good lines." He looked me in the eyes, shook my hand and said thanks. Just a nice gesture, all he had to say was cheers, but that extra 5 seconds and that gesture really struck a chord with me.
