Roosters have released Chris Smith to the Bulldogs. He had signed to join the Dogs on a two year deal from next year anyway. I liked Chris Smith but his opportunities at the Roosters were very limited so hopefully he gets more of an opportunity at the Dogs to add so his sole NRL appearance.

If he couldn't get a run ahead of Boyd Fraudner he's clearly not first grade material.

Bulldogs signing up all these scrappy players could be great for the players. Chris Smith wouldn't get a run in most packs. But at the rate Bulldogs are being forced to cut big names he's going to have a great chance to prove himself. Does he still look like a chubby Brad Tighe?

You can rest assured that is never gonna happen.

Brandy came home but Moylan is no chance.

Hope Matt has a good career with the Sharks but would never, ever want him back at our club.

You can't say it'll never happen just because you don't want it. I doubt he does but we just have no idea one way or the other.

Brandy left after the death of his brother, and I can totally understand why he did.

Moylan didn't throw the bad pass though. His part of the play was really well executed.

If the pass to the winger was rightful called back they lose. The play for the posts to get the 1 point was the better option. That is the thing with him it is all or nothing plays.

You're reaching to make him look bad. He did everything well. Created a 2 on 1 and landed his pass on point, that's a good playmaker. You can't blame him for another players mistake.

It's not a reach. It was raining, you are 20 out behind by a point. If we are in a similar position do you want the halves to play it safe or go the risky play?

Yet go the short side. Runs the risk of the outside dropping it or Warriors knocking it down.

It comes off it looks great but if it doesn't then you look the fool.
