I remember being told he was a much better halfback than Rodwell. I think he attempted a chip and chase. Then I never saw him play again.

That 2001 team doesn't look like a wooden spoon outfit, but I guess that's always the way. Three of this 17 would win the GF two years later.

A bit unlucky in that he missed premierships at two clubs by a year. Damn fine career though and another good'un to escape the Panthers.
