Does anyone think that Moyza would’ve been celebrating 3 premierships with Penrith if he kept off the p155, pokies and talcum powder?
More natural talent than anyone in our 3 premierships but it's wasn't meant to be. Mostly because of his attitude but another big part was Ivan's inability to see what he had. It took a million injuries for him to get a game, some of the bums he picked ahead of Moyza were deadset terrible footballers. 2014 was one of the most fun sides in our clubs history and the amount of games he won on his own was ridiculous.

Moylan (in my opinion) had one major flaw.

Lack of work ethic. Especially in rehabbing injuries, taking care of his body, doing extras.

Heaps of natural talent. But raw talent is nothing without desire and a work ethic.

Most of that is on Matt. A good percentage is also on the rabble of a club we were then

Totally agree. The club didn't set appropriate standards, & wasn't a source of pride for the local community.

That is fact. Club also responsible for Moylan not ascending to be the player he should have been.

I like a comment that Liam Martin made (it came from his older brother who died in tragic circumstances) This was his mantra.

'Hard work beats talent, every day'

At Penrith the players have natural talent, and combine that with hard work.
