Because I'm dopey, I have only just realised that this round doesn't start until the 6th of June. Which does give us a bit more time to prepare for this game. Newtown are all class and in my opinion if we get a win over them it will show what magnificent team we are.

So sorry for the stuff up, however, I'm glad that we have extra time to really work on our articles.

There will be a slight change to the team as I have heard from Coggie and he will need some time off. Hopefully he will be back in time for the semis and the teams best wishes are being sent to him.

So do your articles and if you think you can't post them just pm them to either Pump or myself and we will post them on your behalf once the game starts.

Troy was pretty good, considering they condensed a 10 year war into 2.5 hours!!! My wife was again drooling over Achilles (Brad Pitt) and I waited until the end of the movie to highlight that he was actually gay, and his "cousin" was actually his toy boy. The reason for invading was also not accurate, besides the fact that Menelaus needed to save face and punish the Trojans for stealing his squeeze Helen, Paris also looted Menelaus' castle, and hence the king needed to recover some dosh that was stolen. But the movie does qualify one of the oldest Greek sayings:- "A pussy hair can pull 1000 ships!"

Oh and another thing, the fatal wound to Achilles was the arrow into his heel. He didnt actually cop 3 in the chest.

tomorrow is the25th - the release of the Lord of the Rings - a great movie - but who the hell sings the song at the end - she is absolutely brilliant...I know she sings in band but what one??
