Forum Upgrade and Support

As you may have noticed, we've just upgraded our forum software to the latest major version. There are some new features that come with the new software, and we'll highlight these over the next few days.

Just like any major upgrade there are likely to be teething issues, but we'll work through these as quickly as possible.

If you've got any bugs to report or constructive feedback, please post them in this thread and we'll take a look.

you are still using your add blocker

I have done my best to find anything that says I am using add blocker or how to turn it off. Please help.

Unfortunately it's not something we can help with, as it requires access to your computer. Do you have any more technically inclined relatives that may be able to assist?

there is a time delay between when you last use your device with an add blocker, to when all your priviliges are reinstated, its not instant

Me too when I use another browser which would have me believe I have ad blocker off but no change to privileges like button etc.

I think it was chrome.

It's not device independent. If you're using an ad-blocker on ANY of your devices for this site, your account will have restrictions.

Whatever device you were using at 9.30am is the one causing the problem.

Hi, guys!

I'm having a big of a bug (it's not a big deal, but I just want to report it)

I browse the site on my phone, a Google Pixel 8 Pro (Android).

I am getting a red Temu ad that pops up, and when it does, my screen freezes - I can't do anything but force close the Chrome app.

It's not a big deal, and it's probably due to the phone being so terrible, but I thought you should know.

Constant screen covering pop ups. Mainly Temu but others as well.
I browse on my Samsung S22+. I do not have an add blocker. This has been an ongoing issue for months.
