I was being sarcastic! But it is still over extravagant!Idiot alert
Bargain lol. Then we wonder why we can’t get crowd avg’s up.$50 plus booking fee for an Adult GA ticket at Leichhardt yesterday.
About the same as the Raiders score.
It reminds me of the Russian Winter Olympics when people were posting pics of the design fails such as toilet seats attached back-to-front or cubicles with two dunnies in each lolSorry if this has been posted already (too many pages!), but I did get a good LOL out of this
It’s in Paddington, the locals are used to going to public toilets to get some poleSorry if this has been posted already (too many pages!), but I did get a good LOL out of this

Good thing the crowd was 50% Raiders fans...$50 plus booking fee for an Adult GA ticket at Leichhardt yesterday.

Pretty sure Souths are just playing for a cheaper deal at Homebush at this point. 50 home games over five years only means 10 games per year, where are they playing the other two?
It's a huge shame that Homebush wasn't rebuilt instead of the SFS. Everyone said in 2016 that the new Parra stadium would be exactly that, a new home ground for Parra and no one else. Six years on, we have the exact same problems, but with two clubs getting state of the art grounds at taxpayer expense while the rest are in limbo.I’m not suggesting that Souths aren’t partly to blame. Also I think eventually there will be a compromise and they will split the games between Allianz and Accor
It’s the parochialism and the club self interest that worries me. In that same paper there was also a short story about Parra and how they are trying to get a similar deal at Commbank etc.
So are we going to have clubs selfishly hoarding grounds because we are not going to have all 9 clubs getting their own exclusive Commbank type facilities - it is not feasible.

Loudmouths like Politis need to be seriously schooled by the NRL. Does that out of touch parasite realise his club has the grubbiest supporter base in the league and no one in the eastern suburbs cares about them? If anything they should be out at Accor.
Parra is doing a lot of behind the scenes manoeuvring to expel the Tigers and Bulldogs from Commbank. As for Waratahs, only a matter of time before their 5k crowds see them playing all over the place again. Also in relation to Allianz Stadium tennants, the Wartash and Sydney FC say hi. In relation to Commbank Stadium, WS Wanderers and even the Wests Tigers (iirc) say hi.
Tahs and Sydney FC play there tooIf the Roosters want to block other clubs from using the ground, they can pay the government back the cost to build it. If the government pays for your stadium, no you do not get any right to exclusive use.
