Hopefully something gets done, having seen the masterplan that replicates the northern grandstand around the ground with a second tier of 3.5k on each sideline, I believe brooky would be a great ground and then we have 1 less team playing at a substandard ground but still preserving their tribal location.

Aside from the obvious benefits of having another 13k seats to sell for Origin and Broncos big games + finals it makes it a genuine option for hosting a Grand Final. They can leverage that against the NSW government for more money for the Grand Final and/or more upgrades.

Don’t get me started (again). They’re making 3 games this year basically inaccessible to the majority of Brisbane. Probably shutting 15-20k fans out this weekend when they should be trying to build and solidify their fan base city wide.

Redcliffe can have 1-2 Thursday night and/or pre-Origin games and a trial.
