I’m not saying leichardt should have gold plated toilets
Yes but $30m doesn't even get it too standard

300 million isn’t what the panthers wanted but they made it workYes but $30m doesn't even get it too standard
Pissing money up against the wall. They need to move to Campbelltown full time and start being professional300 million isn’t what the panthers wanted but they made it work
30 million is what they want it’s obviously for minor refueb and a small northern grand stand or terrace
So a slightly better dump?. It's gone.300 million isn’t what the panthers wanted but they made it work

Like Penrith would’ve moved to commbank if they didn’t get their own stadiumPissing money up against the wall. They need to move to Campbelltown full time and start being professional
Eventually yes and I would have been happy with thatLike Penrith would’ve moved to commbank if they didn’t get their own stadium
Hahahaha your dumb, benny elias would flip that land into 20 mertion towers if he could, your fkn kidding yourself that its worthlessThat’s not what he said lol.
Kent stated Vlandys said ‘if the council wanted to sell it we would look into it’. Will take all of 2mins to look into it and realise what a Sht investment it would be!

If this was possible, than the NRL is competing with much more cashed up competitors, and will lose.Hahahaha your dumb, benny elias would flip that land into 20 mertion towers if he could, your fkn kidding yourself that its worthless
Build a parking station and charge double rates on gamedays, sell a portion to developers (ala shark park)300M of Govt Money is not the same as 30M of the NRLs money.
And on a depreciating asset that gives little to no return.
How’s the maths work there mate? I take it you’re no jewellerJust put platinum plated toilets in Penrith instead and there will be money left over for the 8th
One of the reasons why Penrith is getting funding is because Bluebet is located in Western Parkland City, which is part of a strategy to divide Sydney into three cities. In the other two cities, at Central River City there's Commbank and Accor, while in Eastern Harbour City, there is Allianz.

Tigers aren’t leaving leichardtThat won't fix the lack of corporate facilities
Tigers aren’t leaving leichardt
the lack of corporates isn’t a new thing
they tried accor before it wasn’t that well received
allianz is where they should play their big games and then maybe 3 games each for the rest
Playing 3 games a year is hardly “staying there”No and they have had many chances to fix it and don't. Many many different events use temporary seating, Corporate areas etc.
Given they chose to stay then they have those options
Playing 3 games a year is hardly “staying there”
they took home games to accor and commbank (which was a disaster)
When the Grand final gets sorted leichardt will get some cash so will shark park and Brookie
