Melbourne has a deficiency in its stadium infrastructure.

A city of its size should have a larger rectangular stadium for a range of sports and events.

Melbourne has an embarrassingly small rectangular stadium for a city of its size and self-appointed sporting importance.

Harsh but true.
Yeah, 19k would have been much better in a 50k stadium. Who is embarrassed? We have the best 30k stadium in the country.

And that’s all the game deserves according to you. Your view is that we should give our money to the afl when we have bigger crowds. You are either an idiot or a troll.

Dumb scheduling and charging $100 for a decent seat, who’d have thought?

Yeah i had a look at the seats available either late last night or earlier this morning and at $90- $100 a seat per pop and then scheduled against two very well supported AFL teams playing next door at the MCG,,, that was two big stuff ups.

There are no bigger (medium sized) crowds. Once again what games would you play ay a 50k stadium? Too big for Storm/A League/Rebels and too small for Bledesloe/SOO/Soccer internationals. It would never be used. What games would use a 50K stadium?
