Be interesting to see if Sansa marries Littlefinger, which he so obviously wants.

He at least deserves a wristy.

If delivering the Knights of the Vale to rescue her pathetic army and re-take Winterfell isnt worth a blowie, them im not here

Another question - where was Ghost during that fight?

Surely he'd have been handy.

Not really sure. Maybe Jon didn't want to risk him in this sort of battle?

I was actually hoping Sansa was going to unleash him on Ramsay at the end there, but his hounds did a solid job.

Last episode was epic, but nitpicking, how did Sansa know what Ramsay said about his dogs when she’d ridden off before he said it?

The Red God still has a part to play in this as there is no way in heaven/hell Jon would have dodged every arrow shot his way, he was protected from on high.

I’m expecting the bells of Kings Landing to arch up during the trial and for the Dornish fleet to roll in over the horizon. Or alternatively Margery takes out Tommen after being found guilty.

Something has to happen at the Twins. I’m thinking the Frey’s grab and hold Jamie for hostage or try and marry him off to one of Walder’s dogs (daughters).

Sansa cuts a “little finger” off Little Finger.

Chook.

After re-watching, Jon only charges after the archers start shooting. He really had no choice.

and the way I interpret it, him trying to save his brother gives reasons for his army to fight with him. When you compare it to Stannis last season, most of his troops deserted him after he watched Shireen being burned alive.

I noticed that too
The episode needed more Lady Mormont. If looks could kill

My bad, but she might still do it if Loras is condemned?

Chook.

Doubtful.

Its her fault Tommen is now following the faith.

I'm not sure what trick she has up her sleave. Maybe get close enough to the High Sparrow with a knife and then end him. That works right?

Not her style.

I think she'll use the religion to her advantage. Find some obscure text or some precedent in the past in Baelor's time to justify what she wants

She's a people manipulator and the only person she has under her spell is Tormmen. Somehow she needs to use him to set herself and Loras free. Intrigued to see how.

Although it's likely to come crashing down depending when Cersi takes the stand.

Personally I think Loras will go first, Margery will say something deceptive but the High Sparrow wont fall for it knowing all along Margery was playing games and orders her imprisoned much to everyones shock and horror.

Next Cersi steps up. As we all expect, incest, lies all the stuff that makes GoT great is put to trial. Cersi refuses to give it and then the shit hits the fan with Mountain... Tormmen will break down like the little gimp he is - not knowing what to do. I can already picture him looking around at the carnage and not having a f**king clue what is happening... or worst, rather then telling his soldiers to help defeat the High Sparrow and free his mother and wife, he orders them to stop Mountain and to protect the Faith militants....

Isnt the casting of these characters just top notch? they hit the nail every time. Literally every single character is able envoke the right emotion from viewers. Whether its love, hate, envy, scorn, lust or empathy. Its so f**king good.

Tommens death will be right up there for me with Walder Frey.

I need to see Little Finger get his as well. And I'm not talking about a BJ from Sansa.

check this death stare out

Just re watched it. Amazing!
There's a tracking shot of john, goes for a minute or 2 , where it's just him in the middle of the battle, horses charging all around him, complete chaos, that was better then any battle scene in any movie.
That wasn't one shot, it was 5 or 6. Watch it again.

Not even close to the best battle scenes in movies. For a recent example, take the cinematography by Emmanuel Lubezki in the opening scene of The Revenant.

Both as good as each other.

Anyway. Who gives a shit. It's like saying the car chase in one movie was better than another. Big whoop.
