No one else seems to be talking about it, and I guess it’s because he’s young and tries his guts out, but FMD Penisini’s attention to detail is starting to irk me. That try he bombed was as simple as it gets.

The first or second try scored by Manly was completely on him too.

That said, Penisini is also the least of our worries at the moment.
Yeah wasn't great cost us.

But more concerned about him and Bailey communication defensively atm.

Brown has yet to take a game by the throat, from memory. As good as he is this was an opportunity for him to crack it open considering the amount of derp on display from both teams. Moses in a slump, those dollar signs blurring his vision, as well.

We have scored 11 tries in last 2 weeks.

Attack isn't the problem it's the defence and goal kicking.
Maybe Barrett is telling them don't worry just attack. BA is telling them to defend but the guys prefer to attack.

I really dont think Mitch and Dyl are gelling well. Maybe it's hodgo or Matto not being there.

Mitch and Dyl should play like Nicho and Moylan

I just wish Moses would get involved earlier in the game and start looking to run from the start. He looks constantly dangerous when he digs into the line and takes a short side, but it feels like he keeps the cue in the rack until we’re chasing points. I’d love to see him do it earlier and put the defence in two minds all game.
Yep. That’s my main issue with him. I can be heard in the Northern Stand on any given weekend yelling “RUN MITCH RUN!!!”

Dylan is still in Bali.

That play the ball confirmed it. Manly scored after that and it was basically game over.

If anyone knows where Dylan Brown is can they wake him up and parachute him to commbank stadium next Thursday.

To surmise, round one, two, hell, even losing week three isn’t the be all and end all. The problem is, and you could see it from the onset of this game, they’re panicking already to get the monkey off their back.

Breaking the duck won’t be easy. Opposition teams will be determined not to be the one to give us our first. I’m genuinely concerned.

We are not far off the pace and we are getting troops back, but geez it’s a tough run.

I'm talking about it! He's been very over-hyped so far imo.

That said, at least he's not Blake or Simonssen - but that's all he's got going for him.

And Murchie is not a f**king middle, ridiculous that Hodgson is expected to play 80 he struggled to get back onside all night. This team is as dumb AF and a perfect reflection of its coach.
Murchie is f**king terrible. Slow. No skills. Weak.

Hodgson gave away 3 penalties, 1 six again (10 metres)

And everyone's favourite f**kwit:

Waqa Blake - 10 tackles, 4 missed, 1 ineffective

Your 100% right.

We win last week I reckon we win tonight.

I reckon Melbourne are in more strife then us tbh. Only difference is an ET win in round 1.

That play the ball error was bizarre. I thought when it happened that he had a sudden cramp, because it looked like his leg had unnaturally stiffened as he was getting up. But then he didn’t stay down and I was very confused.

He is overrated, I haven’t seen anything to suggest he is going to be anything other than half decent footballer, though has plenty of dopey moments
