Bryce was outstanding. When Lane is back he has to stay in the side. Doorey to the bench.

Hopgood I like but he misses to many tackles and that must be addressed. Matto is superior and I think gets 60mins at lock.
Murchie and Moimesea I am finding hard to like. Makatoa looks better tbh.
Bryce was dicey early on. He lacks urgency in defence and he did throw some dumb passes. I am all for passes and offloads if they are on, not when they are not.. Bryce did that and the Murchie one, my buddha

For mine he is just as bad as Matterson allowing this contract shit of his to linger. We need to get rid of our 2 dickheads. Combined they are on close to $1.9m.

I'm happy for the club to go in another direction. I'd actually release both of them now. The season is gone anyway.

First thing to do is to find a suitable replacement for BA - and f**k the sponsors, seriously; the moment we are successful again, they will come crawling back -, and then clean out the roster.

Oh, wait - this club will extend BA, re-sign Moses on over $1 million a season, and likely re-sign Waqa Blake to a long-term deal...

This club has a pathological phobia of success.

Just out of curiosity - what did he do that made him outplay DCE?

Because DCE stood up when the game was on the line, but as for Moses...

He wasn't awful, or anything - but made several poor choices.
Well he had a try assist, LBA, ran for 111 metres and kicked in general play as well as DCE. By comparison, DCE had 0 TA, 0 LBAs and ran for 34 metres.

Moses looked far more dangerous with the ball.

Effort was admirable after going down 14-0.
Still lots of dumb shit plays and being asleep from the get go.
2 pathetic calls were costly against us.
Gee penalised gutho for running behind his players and there was Jack shit in it and we should have got the drop-out. They got a penalty and went length of the field and scored.
Also guth to RCG was a massively bullsit call. Fair try.
Also going to be controversial now.
Hopgood. Has been awesome however has had 3 glaring errors in 3 games.
Missed tackle on Grant in storm game, planted his feet in sharks game and moylan and Kennedy went through and tonight he threw an intercept for Oloakautu to score effectively the sealer.
Love what he brings but these lapses have hurt..
I'm not even upset anymore. It's sad but expecting to lose.
Peeps it's a game of footy. Don't let it consume you. I've been a season ticket holder for 24 years straight but my care factor is less than it used to be.
Don't agree with many decisions the club has made and making, but there is FA I can do.
Hope they can start winning soon otherwise in for a long winter with the Tigers

Unbelievable, I mean they got close again but gee if they won that in the final minutes I would say its a relief but didnt deserve it. That was diabolical

They made so many dumb mistakes again, knock ons, poor passing the completion rate early on was appalling, blokes looked lost.

I thought when they led maybe theyve turned it around but again just when you think theyre on top or chance to get back into it they stuff it up. Arrrgghh!!!! What is wrong with them?

I’d give Moses til COB Monday to sign, or offer a revised contract with a much smaller number on it.

No one else seems to be talking about it, and I guess it’s because he’s young and tries his guts out, but FMD Penisini’s attention to detail is starting to irk me. That try he bombed was as simple as it gets.

The first or second try scored by Manly was completely on him too.

That said, Penisini is also the least of our worries at the moment.

I just wish Moses would get involved earlier in the game and start looking to run from the start. He looks constantly dangerous when he digs into the line and takes a short side, but it feels like he keeps the cue in the rack until we’re chasing points. I’d love to see him do it earlier and put the defence in two minds all game.
