I gotta say, the first angle (side on) they showed looked for all money a knock on. But then they never went back to that angle again. instead looking at the front on and close up angles which just end up a blur as you slow it down and as somebody else said, you couldnt prove beyond doubt that he did touch it from those angles. I think we got lucky, but we'll take it!

and as for the Darius/dropout... Farrrrrrk the koont!

Absolutely!

If he'd been going for a try it would've been awarded as he came down with the ball on the line, which is the in-goal.

The ref was right on the spot, how can they argue about that decision??

No conclusive evidence. The decision stands. I guess a person's point of view defends on which team they support.

Now for the NRL to bring in 'Trajector'.

Like hotspot but an instant analysis of how much a ball has changed trajectory and the instant it started changing direction.

Now all you science/IT geeks go and do that and i'll take credit for the idea.

Faarrkk the knights. Wasn't like the Wadeo call happened in the last 5 mins. They had plenty of chances to win the game but weren't good enough. I like the new system of the ref making his call when they go upstairs . At least you know in advance what the outcome will be should there not be enough conclusive evidence not to overturn the decision. Ffs there's usually going to be some hard luck stories in a golden point game.....about time we had our share of the 50/50 calls.

 You're just being facetious now SS.

Funny thing is trajectory is actually one of the things the vid refs look for.

Bring on The Trajector

Forget trajectory. One of his fingers bends back as his hands pass the ball.

Touched.

Edit: while we're at it: Idiot commentators not even noticing Evans grounding the ball in that try last night.

Who cares really? How many times has the same thing happened to us? It's not like the Knights have never benefited from a dodgy call.

Exactly. Said to my knights supporting mates beside me "sorry about the dodgy call but we needed a change of luck "
