is that the first time a ref has given advice on a challenge before it went up to the bunker? I thought that he shouldnt be saying anything.
The other thing i noticed was he was giving the teams way more time to decide on whether they were challenging compared to Sutton last week. What is the offical time they have?

I don't think they offically know.
But apparently it's 20 sec. Sutton was giving 10 sec (it felt) the week before.
