Kerr needs to keep it simple, run straight and hard and get his 10 meters. He's had a pre-season with a couple of front rowers who've had incredible representative honours so let's hope he's learned from them. We'll find out in the first 5-10 rounds.

Strong chance he might not be in the run on 17 next week.

Kerr needs to do something he has failed to do since coming to the club.

Play dominating footy consistently.

Based on his resume to date I would not give him a contract.

This is the year he must step up and show us he is a dominant first grade forward.
Your waisting your time.
Doesn't have it in him.

I realise there are nuisances to different positions but the concept remains the same. Run hard, run straight (preferably into holes), run as fast as you can, hold onto the ball and tackle the opposition player when they have the ball. Not that hard. If Kerr or any other player hasn't mastered that by the time they hit first grade then maybe NRL is not for them.
We need you at the Broncos

I’ve watched him over last few years and he half sucks you in sometimes but he just doesn’t have any X factor about him.
Remember the Storm didn’t put up much of a fight and let him go at such a young age. He’s a handy depth player for me.

OR could he be Hooks 2022 "Norman " and gets picked every week no matter how much he stinks ?
Not sure.. I expected big things from Josh last year and before the year started I thought his best position was the middle based on All Stars and he has got good leg speed for a big fella
But then I saw him do some good things on the right edge and thought maybe good move
But then i saw some errors and i thought..hmmm maybe not it is just he is a rocks and diamonds player
What I have watched this year with limited game time has not enlightened me yet and he seems to be just going through the motions that he is facing reality of not being picked to start or make the 17 and at the same time fighting for his next contract.
It is impacting his game so it is up to him to prove me and all other doubters wrong
This has to be his year to shine or he will have to find greener pastures, if he can in Aus anyway.
There is always superleague for these players to excel in lieu of reggies and a player manager to get good coin.
Maybe Wayne will take a punt but I think thats it if not us.

Josh just doesn't have any toughness about him. He is big and probably very fit but hasn't learned the art of the use of the biff and barge that's needed as a top forward. If he can put in as hard as Lawrie does he might do wonders for his future.
