Yippy, you must love RL then seeing as it's the only Rugby code getting billion dollar TV contracts.

I thought this was going to be a souffs thread
He is talking garbage and miss truths when he states "We’re a global game, we’re not kicking around in a tiddlywink competition like the NRL, which is only played in this part of the world.”
So RL is only played in NSW and Qld huh, or just Sydney?
Thickhead.
What does this even mean?
Do you know what money is?
Thin head.
Yes, I do. Its something rugby league in this country earns a lot of, and has quiet a bit of. It is also something the Waratahs, the NSWRU and the ARU don't have a lot of.
can somebody please confirm where the money is?
Did anyone actually know the name of the NSW Rugby CEO before this article was written?
Thank you, next.
How? How is league becoming more like rugby union?Union looks pretty good when they are moving the ball around with passes. The long passes by the scrum half look pretty good. The competition for the ball aspect if also good. But there is too much kicking and far too many penalties and also rucking.
League should aim to look less and less like Rugby Union as time goes by. Instead I feel like the game of rugby league is becoming more like Rugby Union again.
I turned off it because it’s utter shit to watchArrogant comments like this is one of the reasons I've turned off union over the years. I've spent some time with the privileged grammar people sneering at Rugby League when the state Union is in here in Australia is a disgrace.
The worst quality NRL game is better then the average Super Rugby game and even Wallabies tests. I was at the Reds a couple of weeks ago and it was the so boring with the continued stoppages and slow service. Even the Wests Tigers have more attacking skills then the Wallaby backs.
Cam's second bank account?can somebody please confirm where the money is?
Oh really and then we have Toronto playing Toulouse in France on the weekend with over 6000 in a second division comp in attendance and down the road in Perpignon over 8000 watching Catalans.
Plus with 4 rounds played in the SL, the ratings are over 1.7 million so far with an average of around 250,000 per match. Not bad seeing as only two SL games are shown on pay TV each week. Would you like to compare the Australian Super Union TV averages with those?
LOL.
No thanks.Watch the rugby world cup in Japan later this year and then you might get some perspective.
