GLADIATORS - Your thoughts?

I kept to my word and didn't watch it.

My sister -who was flicking onto it during ad breaks in whatever she was watching- came through to me and said there's this guy called Nathan who used to play League and asked me to come through and see if I recognise him.
Thinking it was just some guy called Nathan who'd played League in a suburban comp or Jim Beam Cup or something, I was suprised when I saw Nat Wood there! My sister tells me he won, so that's great!

there is alot more creativity than Wrestling... at least the gladiators are forced to improv after a battle (to taunt on there win or loss).

It brings back memories from the original show, i agree its nothing flash though.

Pure ignorance

Watch some wrestling before you say silly things like that

The emphasis on the 'tors' bit at the end of the word 'Gladiators' is what annoyed me last week. I wouldn't mind betting -like the rest of the show- he was asked/told to do it.

Not too much of a drop off from last weeks figures. Did 1.57 mil, which is fairly typical of the dropoff for any shows premiere.

I agree that it's lame - Though it probably was 15 years ago and most of us were too young to think it was.
I think it'll probably have the same kids that loved and adored it - Because it's pretty much the same.

Amazon's a hot potato isn't she!

Outlaw is a 1st grade winger for Southern Districts, hence the tackling ability.

By the way if you guys think Amazon is dykey(I think she's hot! lol) have a look at Nitro?!
And perhaps even go one better and have a look at the UK's version of 'Amazon'.

Only girl on that show who I find hot is Bionica. And that pole vaulting chick.

And it's pronounced " GLADIATAAAAAAAAAH ! "

Her cleavage certainly was in fine form last nite. I only caught the eliminator at the end, but that she was definitely the highlight.

I don't think I've ever seen so much jiggle in prime time before.

Is it wrong that I find Amazon strangely attractive? If anyone was going to break my balls, it'd be her.
