If we play him, who drops out?
Either Jennings or Fonua.Id b leaning towards dropping Jennings although moving him to the wing is where he would serve the team best.He isn’t a centre’s rear end.

Personally I’d also experiment with Benji at 7 & Reynolds at 6.

Being not an NRL coach, I don't know what the answer is.
But we have zero creativity. Zero crafty attack near the opposition tryline.
How many 1 out runs did we make on Friday ? Dummy half, 1 pass, hit up tackle. Repeat. Repeat. Even if it gets us nowhere, repeat.
And, need I say it . . . we lost to the fkkn Clearys because we don't have an NRL standard goal kicker.
We do have a lower grade player that ticks all them boxes. He has bulked up significantly since last season.
Is it coincidence that the dogs are winning/competing since dropping 2 under-performers and replacing them with 2 juniors ?
Or, like I said, we could change absolutely nothing and just hope that the results will change.
I know what will happen.
We will keep doing what we are doing, then wonder why we keep getting what we've got.

Who do we drop and who do we replace them with ?

Luke Brooks is contracted until 2023. He nearly won the Dally M last year? Why drop him for a veteran that refuses to get tackled?

Like it or not, our long term halves are Brooks and Reynolds. Gamble has been playing centre in the lower grades, give him a crack at it and goalkicking. Push Jennings to a wing and get him some sprint training as well.

I’ve been saying all along that Benji should’ve retired.I was putting that idea out there coz Brooks is playing poorly & we r desperately lacking a quality game manager albeit Benji isnt the ideal solution. No doubt Brooks isn’t getting dropped & hopefully Madge can get him functioning consistently. If Reynolds can stay uninjured he’s the style of 5/8 who should benefit Brooks.

I hope I’m massively wrong but I will bet London to a brick that we will never b a premiership threat while Brooks is the primary game manager.

Doesnt seem so but he"s going well orherwise...reminds me a lot of Shane Elford

He was put into the clear but was run down easily by 3 Penrith players.
Very strange running style and your right, runs like Shane Elford....Lots Of arm and head movements.

I know speed is an innate attribute but we could do with a full time sprint coach

I know I’m dreaming but gee adding JAC and Teddy into our side and we are top 4..
What could have been:thinking::thinking:
They r the 2 who’d make a profound difference to us.What compounds the regret is 1 is a junior & the other grew up as an avid tigers fan.

Quick question guys; watching the game the other night I think it was Johns saying Marsters had a foot injury in the game against the Panthers, that being the case, you'd think after his first two easy misses someone else should have stepped up. Did he actually say that or was I mistaken?

History now of course and Marsters has exorcised the demons after this week but it does show how handy it is to have a good back up kicker in the team....

Yes he did, I assumed it was a pregame injury, so you have to wonder why he played at all or if it was during the game why wasn't he replaced (as you indicated) just weird what happened there.
