Parramatta National Rugby League Club Pty Limited appoints new Board of Directors

The Parramatta National Rugby League Club Pty Limited today announced the appointment of five new independent directors to its Board of Directors and the adoption of a new Club Constitution.

Apparently they are subject to an annual review. I'm not sure who conducts the review, as their independent of the Leagues Club. The first guy, Skinner, is no longer on the board.
