Even when we were down by 8, I wasn't that worried that we wouldn't get it done.
Body language from our team was always 'controlled ' in fact I liked the lack of jubilation in the try celebrations for our first two tries as it showed me they knew it was going to be an 80 minute game

Marata and Mahoney both at fault. Gutho didn't do much wrong. Had to be ready for the kick.

Yep, Guth was criticised the other week for defending in the line for the Cleary kick. That was all on Mahoney and Marata.

I know they have done it before, but it is stupid to go back several plays later .... if they do this consistently from now on then fine .... but you just know they wont

Imo, the pass for our first try was flat, but I can understand why people think it might have been forward.

But I agree - Payten is a class act.

Watching Ch9 on replay this morning. Commentary is much better, but f**k me, how many f**ken ads do you want to cram in after each try? Almost unwatchable.

imagine how many ads they'll be stuffing in next week

I know I watched the replay after knowing the result (rather than watching it live), but I had the same impression - we never looked rattled, we never looked stressed.

Brad did an absolutely brilliant job preparing the boys - they were so bloody professional last night.

The Cowboys first try was poor movements by Mahoney. He stood still which left a gap that invited Cotter to run. Unsure how others seen it. Yes Marata missed him but had Mahoney moved across I doubt Cotter decides to run towards the hole that he saw.

In general Mahoney played well. His blind side raids where smart. Only a stain is he bounces off tackles. His last month of footy has been quite strong. Not spectacular but much better.

Gutherson form has also turned around.

As great as Papali'i is if I was putting our forward in line right now for best this season he is 5th.

Rheed was moving with the ball, didnt realise gutho had slid behind.
Gutho was doing what he had to as a fullback, ready to pissbolt to the other wing if needed.
Marata was a little slow to fill the hole, but it all happened quick ... cotter was smart to see it and take advantage

Cotter has great leg speed.

I'm probably blind, but the ball seemed to stay in the same line, and noting where Moses ended up relative to where the ball was caught, it seemed a lineball to me...

He is the second coming of chris sandow, with a big chest and short trex arms ... no chance of grabbing the ball

Unsure how people don't think we looked rattled or nervous.
Moses kicked out on full twice which I don't recall him doing once this season.
I think we settled down in 2nd half and it was noticeable
