The decision to appoint Greenberg was always going to be a contentious one.

Regardless of how well he is doing,the slightest controversy involving the Dogs and there was always going to be at least a few. There would be calls of bias and there must be a conflict of interest at the very least.

The Daily Telegraph can reveal Sydney barrister Dominic Villa was last week engaged to work alongside NRL Integrity Unit boss Nick Weeks, who has spoken with two key witnesses — former racing reporter John Schell and Bulldogs football manager Alan Thompson — over the past 48 hours.
The investigation centres on the contents of a meeting between Greenberg, Schell and Thompson at a Sydney Olympic Park on 18 August 2010, shortly after Tandy had signed a two-year extension worth $350,000 with the Bulldogs

News story today (sorry on my phone so don't have the link) says that Greenburgs statements over the Hasler deal contradict his statements to the media as well

Not looking good for him. In my opinion it will be time for him to move on if all this turns out to be true
