you want grey areas.. then how's this:

If she was screaming and moaning and giving it the old "yes! yes! harder!" but NOT looking at the camera/video recoder she can still say it was not consentual as she can claim she was not AWARE the camera was present - the boys get a nasty fine and a criminal conviction but most likely a suspended sentence..

If she is looking directly at the camera and says no - the boys will go to jail. it will be looked on as a "degree of rape".

So yeah.. whether she is saying how much she loves smoking cawk and the old spit roast in a closed cubicle.... if she mentions ONCE that she doesnt want to be filmed AND/OR does not look at the camera... its big trouble for those 3.

Because Reefy, these guys are high profile football stars, and as high profile football stars there are things you can get away with, and there are things you can not. The 3 clowns should have known that gang banging a girl in a public dunny would come back to bite em on the arse. Especially if one of the stupid farks takes photos.
As many people have said, this $h!t no doubt goes on ALL the time, but you never hear about it cos the guys doing it are not f**king stupid.
The clubs know it happens, but they turn a blind eye cos as long as its not public it doesn't hurt the family orientated image they are trying to promote.
