I just love how everyone makes the automatic assumption that if someone is part Aboriginal, no matter how small, they would want to represent the Indigenous side instead of the "other" Australian side. Maybe people like all parts of their parents' backgrounds and not just one.

In typical gus fashion he totally missed the point. Instead of the reality of what it is ie indigenous side being a once a season opportunity to celebrate a part of Australia's culture and the role RL can have in reconciliation and opportunity for the first peoples to do well in prof sport he just saw the team. He wants the team to play more games, he is an idiot.

Why people rate him as some RL guru is beyond me. His opinions are generally poor, his knowledge which he bases them on is generally poor and the Panthers continue to lose millions every year. Can anyone explain, other than longevity, why he is rated so highly in RL circles?
