The beauty of ACDC is that just about everyone knows at least 5 songs of theirs. I bet even Celine Dion does  and i bet each list is incredibly varied.

Bon's Birthday was two days ago, he would have been 63 if alive today. f**king LOL i just cant imagine Bon at that age. He died young for a reason :) Happy Birthday Bon.

Here's mine

5. Sin City
- A truly wonderful song about Sydney :)

4. Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap
- f**k Yeah !!

3. Jailbreak
- I cannot get enough of playing this song. Sometimes over the years my top 5 will change but this song will ALWAYS be there.

2. Let There Be Rock
- Just love it. All my favourite songs have a common theme ... Angus goes off

Is it the top5 AccaDacca songs, or the top 5 Bon Scott AccaDacca songs?

I'll do mine for both.
Nuke's Top 5 Bon Scott AC/DC songs:
1. It's A Long Way To The Top
2. Highway To Hell
3. Jailbreak
4. Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap
5. High Voltage

Nuke's Top 5 AC/DC songs (from both eras)
1. It's A Long Way To The Top
2. Thunderstruck
3. Highway To Hell
4. For Those About To Rock (We Salute You)
5. either Jailbreak or Back In Black ... I can't decide!

thats easy because only Bon Scott songs would make the list.

1. TNT
2. Its A Long Way To The Top
3. Live Wire
4. High Voltage
5. Can I Sit Next To You Girl

Agreed - Whilst I love Brian, Bon was just the definition of a frontman. Pure, mischievous Rock and Roll. I think of AC/DC as almost two different bands tbh.

I can't do mine in order, but -

Riff Raff
If You Want Blood (You've Got It)
Problem Child
Hell Aint a Bad Place To Be/ Sin City/The Jack (Can't split em)
Long Way To The Top

Rock & Roll Damnation and Jailbreak not fair behind in sixth.

I edited the thing about four f*cking times. Top Five's are impossible - A Top Ten is best

i'm a huge hard rock fan as much as anyone, but can some ac dc fans tell me what the attraction of this band is? their music doesn't seem to change? and they dont seem to experiment with different styles as sabbath, purple, led zep, and van halen did. i must admit motorhead are similar. but hey if the formula works go for it.

btw
i prefer bon to brian

I think you've answered your own question there FightingIrish69. I reckon they've got the mindset that if it ain't broke, why fix it. And hey, why not?! They've been going for about 30yrs and are one of the biggest live bands in the world.

Some bands can try different sounds and styles and do it well (Queen being the best example in my books), but AC/DC have a sound that does them very well, so I guess they don't need to change for that reason. I will admit that a lot (most maybe?) of their songs do sound similar to eachother, so I see your point.

To roughly quote Angus..

"It's like baking a cake..You have all the ingredients, it works. People like it. Why change it?".

I think it's one of the best things about AC/DC. They're like the McDonalds of the music industry. Consistent, worldwide and you always know what you'll get.

Bon Scott is a legend, but I don't get the Brian Johnson hate. Every time I've seen him live he's been an awesome, awesome frontman.

Anywya, imo:

1. Who Made Who
2. Razor's Edge
3. TNT
4. Back In Black
5. Jailbreak
