It's interesting the difference between how we handled it compared to other clubs, not saying one is right and one is wrong, but there is less media scutiny here which may work in Todds favor, I don't see how going to the Rabbits ect would be any different to what he has now

I think the local media is very positive towards the Titans. (sometimes it is over the top and puts people off)
Instead of trying to find out who was the latest bloke to fart at Pac Fair they get players involved positively.

That's true. And I know the Titans have very good community programs up here.

At the end of the day it's a calculated risk I guess. God knows we need something to spark the attack which was comatose last season.
And there really isn't anyone else available.

And btw the CoE is one of the best sporting facilities in Australia, and a much better investment then a pokie palace as you will find out over the next 5 years

According to that article, theres 3 NRL clubs, 3 french rugby clubs as well as Catalans who are interested. And the article said he was discussing his options with his family.

Surely if his family have a) his best interests at heart, and b) aren't f**ken morons, they told him of those 7 supposed options, living on the Gold Coast should be way way way way behind the others. And maybe he listened for a change.

And going to the other side of the world and completely changing your life is probably not the best thing to do when your not in the strongest state of mind.

The club has denied to have any links with Carney, but I would not be suprised if the Tigers are talking to him. They seem to have done a back flip on Moltzen and Lui seems like he will be shown the door. That leave a hole to be filled and Todd could be the man. Might be off the mark, but Sheens wanted him a few years back and he is probably a coach that might be able to turn him around
