Stats show that you are much more likely to do your acl again after having a knee reco. One of the problems with healing of ruptured/repaired ACL's is that there is a lack of blood flow to the ACL. It is not the speed that will be a concern it is his agility - everyone is different in how they come back from it. Which is why I said we need to wait and see how he returns. People expecting him to do what he did last year are going to need to show significant patience.

Yep, I have a good mate that has done both of his and he reckons each time that although he was good to return physically after about 12 months it was around another 12 months after that that he mentally felt comfortable with it.

It took him half a year to get going so i think this will be similar
