I've never known anyone being able to sign after 30th June, no matter where they have come from. What a farce the NRL is if they allow it!

And what about the Grid Ironers, the Fijian Sevens, Jap Rugby, The Qld Reds, the Jamacian Bob Sled team, the Ukranian Chess Squad ...... how must they all be feeling about this announcement.

I think the memories of last year and the DCE debacle are still in peoples minds. The NRL seem to help some clubs more than others, whether they do or not I don't know.
