Would it be fair for the Titans to compete in the finals against other teams that have maxed out their salary cap, when they haven't because there is not enough talent to go around?

They will be tempted, but it would be unnecessary in terms of Hayne-hype and would devalue the position in the longer run ("forget the guy that toils away, let's give the C to the guy wearing glitter")

They already have a good team, they just need some hype and attention. Hayne may end up no more than a show-pony and still be worth it.

I think the titans have found a great captain in Ryan James.

They've built a team of mainly workers and grinders with a boom young half. Finding an experienced and classy player like hayne isna good fit
