If I were a Warriors supporter I'd be hoping he plays. He can't possibly be match fit let alone part of a cohesive team unit...not that he's really a team player anyway.

This is a tricky one...

The club would clearly want him running on for the first time at Robina, but if he misses this week the next home game is 3 weeks later.

Do they run him now and potentially embarrass everyone, play him in QLD cup then have his first game in newcastle/Campbeltown or hold off until round 25?

did you forget the fullback from your club?

If Boyd plays FB over Hayne, Mal has got his QLD blinkers on. Boyd is just as useful as Wing outside Inglis as he is at the back. That is unless Oates finds his form again then it'll be a real headache for him

I think they should wait until next year. Maybe have him in the crowd handing out membership application forms or something. Or else play him in the Qld Cup game in Port Moresby.

Wouldn't it be prudent to at least wait and see how he goes first?

I think it's worth the risk playing him this weekend. Titans have been slowly building, they got a good crowd for a Monday night game. They made the nrl world stand up with their performance against the sharks. It's going to be a perfect Sunday arvo, close to a full house, a win over another top 8 contender with a cameo from hayne could give this team great momentum that they can carry deep into September

The Sharks fans meltdowns about this are pretty embarrassing lol. You're in 1st ffs

I was just thinking the same thing.

I heard that they are upset because Hayne had narrowed his choices down to the titans and the sharks.

Apparently it was literally a coin toss. Graham called heads and it came down heads, but graham claimed he'd said tails. James claimed victory and the rest is history...

What a roller coaster year for Hayne - NFL to sevens, tried to get into Rugby and then sins with the Titans of all teams. I wonder where he will be next year...
