If you keep missing the point so badly I am going to have to drop you into my ignore list. It is a growing list. I don't want to do it because you are a nice guy and not always just looking to fight or insult others. But you are warned.

LOL.I don't need to ignore you, you have already shown enough ignorance to fill a container. You are here to sh*t stir, not offer constructive debate.

Your hook is not baited properly.Lobster is my go.

Is Jarryd Hayne lazy? Its never been questioned his work ethic, but after his stellar season in 2009 he has never reached those heights again despite showing signs of his talent. I could be reading too much into this article but it was originally reported he was fined for slacking off at training although Hayne has slammed the accuracy of this since it has came out.

Hayne has all the talent, but training is very important to being the complete player as well. It's very easy to get into the habit of living off your natural talent and not trying to improve your game. He is human though, I know Andrew Johns and Wally Lewis have been accused at times of slacking off at training during their careers. I know Johns came into one season a bit heavier then he would have liked to have been.

However no one has ever accused Hayne of not playing hard on the rugby league field.

"JARRYD Hayne has denied reports he was fined by his Titans teammates for a poor attitude to pre-season training, hitting out as pressure already begins to mount on the Gold Coast’s marquee man.

Hayne’s conditioning has been the talk of rugby league town over summer, culminating in multiple weekend reports that the code-hopper had been fined up to “a five-figure amount” by the club’s senior leadership group.

After battling a knee injury to take his place in the Titans round one loss to the Roosters, Hayne made his frustrations public via Twitter late on Sunday night.

In a somewhat cryptic tweet, he claimed coach Neil Henry had fined him for travelling to Sydney for treatment without his express permission, Hayne having been granted it by one of the club’s co-captains Ryan James or Kevin Proctor.

In another tweet Hayne dubbed journalists “grubs”, while a day earlier he took aim at veteran News Corp reporter and host of Fox Sports NRL 360 Paul Kent over a column in which he suggested Hayne had pulled out of Parramatta fixture to attend a concert the night before.

Hayne’s commitment to training has long been a source of frustration and bemusement, former teammate Nathan Hindmarsh once famously declared him the worst trainer he has seen.

The 29-year-old has previously admitted to struggling in the Queensland heat in his first pre-season on the Gold Coast, having reported for duty at 106 kilos.

In January Henry revealed Hayne had “come back a bit heavy” and been told to drop “four or five kilos” from his 2016 playing weight.

Henry conceded Hayne was “underdone” in Saturday’s 32-18 loss, his first hit out since pulling up lame at the Auckland Nines.

The star custodian scored a try but managed just 19 touches for nine runs and 68 metres at the back, swapping between wing and fullback with Will Zillman throughout the contest.

“He was having a few rests on the wing,” Henry told the press afterwards.

“That’s part of the plan. We knew he’d go in at about 80 per cent but we needed him to get a run in.’’

The Titans had four players — Kevin Proctor, Dan Sarginson, Jarrod Wallace and Joe Greenwood — making their club debuts against the Roosters, while both Hayne and strike weapon Konrad Hurrell went into the clash without any pre-season football behind them.

Tipped to build on their giant killing run last season, the Gold Coast will be out for a stark improvement against the Knights in Newcastle.

For Hayne, never far away from the headlines, it’s another chance to ensure he’s in them for the right reasons.

Since returning from the NFL last September, he has been warned by the NRL Integrity Unit for consorting with criminals, after a scandalous video emerged of him partying with a Hells Angels member.

Hayne has also put noses out of joint by revealing his interest in pursuing overseas rugby when his current Titans deal expires next year, while his leadership credentials and commitment copped a bashing from Kangaroos coach Mal Meninga last week."

The problem you have El Diablo is people like T-Boon. They realise I am the Centre of Excellence for new ideas. Taipan even wants me as NRL treasurer, whatever that is.
Did you just forget you were logged into your other account or do you always talk in the 3rd person? lol

I tried what you suggested but it doesn't feel right putting someone on 'ignore' . . . like purposely treading on a f**king ant

How do I reverse the process

Just hover your mouse over your profile name near the top of the page in the blue bar. This should see a drop down list with 2 columns should appear on your screen. In the right hand column is a link which says "People You Ignore", click on that. This will take you to a page showing the names of any user you are ignoring, and there is a big button next to their name which says "Stop Ignoring". Just click on the relevant button.

Hope that is of assistance. :D

Hayne has always been like this. He can go for a month unnoticed then he'll beat 15 players and score, and do it three times in a match and pull off a few last ditch tackles as well. Then he'll do nothing for a month again.

Like a few players, Queenslanders in particular, he'll often save efforts like this for Origin. Which is why he'll probably get picked for NSW even if he's doing nothing for his club. This is nothing new. It's been going on for a decade or so now.

By the way I reckon Moimoi had more to do with Parra 2009 than Hayne. What a beast.

Its weird that the Titans have signed a player of his quality and have been significantly worse since that signing.

Not that strange when you consider what they paid him.

Hence it means you lose other players and depth that actually want to play for the club.

but that hasnt really been the case at all. Granted i give you the want to play for the club thing but they've not lacked for quality
Over the last year they've added Hayne, Hurrell, McQueen and Proctor

This is a team with Hayne, Don, Sarginson, Hurrell, Elegy, Taylor, Paasi, James, MacQueen, Proctor... thats a pretty bloody decent team and they've been absolutely garbage since Hayne arrived.

It's the Hayne Effect; his ego creates divides among his teammates.

I am obviously not an NRL club administrator but it appears the 3 most important things when signing players are value for money, players wanting to play for your club and having decent depth.

Hayne is the opposite of all these.

Believe me, my club has also massively stuffed this up in recent years.

I understand it is hard for Gold Coast with limited fans and juniors, so Hayne seemed a great signing, but it appears not so much.
