He's in court today, already his lawyer has identified the alleged victim as a pathological liar with claims the call to police was a prank and that she had to follow through with the complaint. Also suggested the mark on her was from falling on the bed.
The court case will continue on February 1st next year, while the AVO application is being heard this arvo.
