Hey mate, did we get the boat ramp on Saturday night?
The NSW five-eighth's new Panthers contract reportedly involves a third-party deal with Keno, but the governing body is ready to toss it in the bin.
"James Maloney actually got himself in trouble there ... he came out the other day and said he's waiting on the club to organise a third-party deal to come through," Kent told Fox Sports' NRL 360.
"It can't be club-driven, it has to be player driven.
"Unfortunately he's let the cat out of the bag so the NRL is now looking at it.
"It's a $200,000 Keno sponsorship, and I daresay the NRL is about to knock it back.
"That would make it very interesting to see what happens there."

I guess Todd now has to impose penalties on Penrith for a tpa that didn’t happen but could have
We all know the storiesGus just responded" no, no, no ,noooo ,just NOOOOOOOO!"
Think about the impact on my 5 year plan.Get Uncle Nick on the phone, he'll save you.
What I find amazing is that The Group CEO has escaped without any "punishment" whatsoever.Former chief executive Lyall Gorman, who is now at Manly, has also escaped reprimand with Weeks denying he had been given "immunity" in exchange for information about the seedy dealings of his former club. Gorman had no comment when contacted on Friday afternoon.

Well it wasnt lyall, lyall was just the coach.b
So Todd comes out of this looking good.Barry comes out looking good.
The ex CEO is looking good.
Sharks fines are reduced to less than what it was going to be prior to the salary cap fines so in that regard we’re happy.
Sounds like everybody’s happy.
So what exactly was done and who was responsible for it?
Has anyone been named?
All that’s hitting my radar is the implication some ex officials are to blame for attempting to set up 3rd party agreements that may or not have happened over 5years.
Whens Kent back from holidays?
He hates us enough to let us know what’s going on.
Hopefully he can get to the bottom of it without the agenda of being his editors stooge.
Somebody has to be a Kent in all this to get some answers because there’s more questions then when it all started.
But everyone’s happy so let’s move on.
Reckon it's time to move on from this shit. Maybe we could get Bazza to present Greenburg with one of those oversize cheques for 850k next week when the 9 mill comes through. Upside of all this shit is we get to start with a clean slate and get to watch the next generation of Sharks ply their trade. All the while the centre of excellence. ..refurbished leagues club...hotel and stacks of facillities will slowly take shape. So Todd comes out of this looking good.Barry comes out looking good.

So all this went on without his knowledge????
When he had control of all the books???
Has there ever been a CEO, of any company, been left out of so many business decisions and know Nuzink about them?
Spare me.
No wonder people around the club are thinking he got immunity.
You'd think a hard hitting journo would be onto this...
The silence is deafening
Let's just blame Flanno for it all, that'll keep the dogs at bay.
Impossible and probably illegal. Players should be able to earn whatever someone wants to give them. The NRL just needs to do their job better. Audit each team even more. Put someone in charge of a few clubs cap compliance so theres a crew looking at it all the time. Spend more money policing it.Here is a solution get rid of 3rd party payments
Increase the salary cap, get rid of 3rd party payments as it seems it always the likes of the Roosters Broncos and Storm who have advantages over other teams....Impossible and probably illegal. OK so what other schemes do the Roosters offer...Roosters were one of the sides with the least amount of registered TPAs in 2018, lower than us.
You cannot get rid of them.

Don't need TPA's when you've got BPB'sRoosters were one of the sides with the least amount of registered TPAs in 2018, lower than us.

Dunno...but his brother used to go ok on the wing....One thing I noticed and I am sorry if this has already been discussed is a name that has come up in both the third party stuff and back during the supplement debacle is this Luke Edmonds.
Surely he still can’t be at the club in any capacity ?
