Kidley did get the yipes under a couple of high balls, lets hope that was an off night. I think Sargent will be struggling to get into the side ATM. The comments on our defense are spot on (vast improvement on the Hagan days) Our attack though is a concern, we create plenty of chances but are not converting them.

So very impressed with our defense...its all about attitude and we seem to be jelling very nicely.With that spilled try with 2 minutes to go i thought we were gorn..we should have been gone.But a lil baiting from that idiot peaheart Perry and things went really off the rails for them.And realistically, that try from their bomb,wouldnt happen 9 times out of ten.if they didnt score youd think..."thats a useless kick" so i think manly are struggling for ideas.

I figure it was partly that and partly bloody stupidity, gifting them an opportunity for a field goal in a great position. We'd have been cursing Mullen today if we hadn't come through it :lol:

Who effected the chargedown? Was a bit worried seeing as how there was zero pressure for the previous attempt but this was a fantastic effort.

How crap was it how the Manly trainers including Geoff Toovey, were always on the field directing Manly around the park when in possession of the ball.

They were deadset hovering behind the line constantly running the team like an Under 7's coach.

Something needs to be done about sh*t like that.

Manly are the worst in the comp for doing it.

Most important thing to take out of this was our attitude in defence - according the to the stats on NRL.com, we only made 10 missed tackles this week, and 28 this season overall, which puts us 3rd last in missed tackles. Considering the only teams to have made less missed are the Dragons and Titans with 26 and 23 respectively, and each with a game to play this round, this marked improvement in defence is something to be damn proud of

We're on top of most things in the stats board according to NRL.com
something we havent seen for a while.
Only thing i've seen the past few years was Joeys and Bederus' stats.
