He was born and grew up in Souths territory, he started playing the year before they were reinstated, locally there was a major fuss made of it and I guess he caught the bug.

we will see. Newie is still the closest team to most of the coast, and has always done a decent job of looking after the area. Melb are just there to use the place and quell the call for a CC team. win/win for Storm and their evil masters.
