Because we only had one established centre (his brother) on the books.

I didn't think he was a guaranteed starter but I did think he would challenge for the vacant spot. He had some good games in 2011.

As it turned out he was second choice (after Willie) at our club right up until the Sharks game. He has the goods physically; he just has a shit attitude. Maybe Toovey can switch him on.
