How do you repell cats??

No I dont mean like those blokes that kill kittens, I mean when you have a stupid neighbour who refuses to de-sex their cat who has already had 2 litters in its young life time and is going for a hat trick with all the strays around at the moment.

Unfortuantely I live near a few morons who have these big undesexed cats attracting other stray cats and they are pissing and sh*tting all over my place and also you can hear them in the mornings and nights doing their calls and I have had enough.

So does anyone know if their is something that turns cats off and can stop them hanging around my property??? And is it legal to keep undesexed cats still? Can I report all these cats and some agency comes and takes them away?

Please save me somebody!

This is an opportunity, not a problem.

Combined with Raider_69's suggestion, make yourself a nice warm hat for the winter months.

In all honesty, cats hate citrus. Cats have very acute senses and the strong scent of citrus turns them away

Try that 'orange power' stuff or whatever it is that you can buy to clean showers with. Smells strong of orange and cats hate it apparently.

Moth balls or napthalene flakes sprinkled through the yard/garden may help. They also hate the smell of Citronella.
