Extra police at Bulldogs games from now on again. How long before they lose night games, again?

They aren't a bad bunch, just misunderstood!

Funny how they all mention Morris being pushed in the back, but not the fact that Rona pushed the Souths player in the back, which led to him pushing Morris...

Yes, looking at the replay from the other side, Rona was the instigator & penalty could in-fact have gone to Souths.

If it did, bottles would've been thrown there & then.

Jonathan Thurston straight up booted the wolf man in the head a few years back, and while he got charged he didn't miss a week.

Slater has slid in in dozens of players and never missed a game.

Morris stuck a foot out and missed. I can't see why he'd even be charged given the precedent

what happened years ago shouldn't come into it. they are getting more serious in regards to concussions now, and kicking someone in the head concussing them and making that player stay out for the rest of that game should get a suspension. players know they can't kick at the ball to stop a try, and this is why

If Graham abused the ref why wasn't he sent off or at least sin binned? Clubs need to start using referee incompetence against them. If the ref essentially believed it wasn't at least a sin binable offence I would suggest that is pretty solid evidence in Graham's favour. Not worth 10 minutes but is worth three weeks? Which in itself shows up the ridiculousness of the system and the administration of the sport in general.

he should have been sin binned

Yes, 99%. I personally commissioned Roy Morgan research to conduct a survey of Bulldogs fans around Bankstown.

You may have seen the research booth in bankstown square. It looked like one of those games you'd see at the Easter show. They had the question, "did you think the penalty against Graham was contentious?" Underneath the banner with the question on it, they had two bins. One for yes. One for no. You had to throw a bottle into whichever bin you thought appropriate.

99% threw their bottle in the yes bin. 0.8% no. 0.2% got frustrated that they didn't have a 3rd option and are now petitioning to take Roy Morgan to the court of arbitration for sport.

The only research souffs fans are involved with is to see of there's a correlation between number of teeth and brain cells

like it or not jg plays with all the blood and thunder that encapsulates the very spirit of rugby league- sure he went over the top with the ref but the tackle was an accident- the game would be a lot duller without players like him - the ref should have shown him the red card for dissent like in the old days - ask someone over here who corey parker is? they wouldn't have a clue, 15 years of mr nice guy front row rugby and no recognition for nothing

What is this geniused shit?

Have any conclusions be drawn yet?

The research continues. It seemed cut and dried until last weekend when Bulldogs fans who supposedly have all their teeth, couldn't understand a ruling that is one of the simplest in rugby league. Now the researchers are surveying dogs fans to see if they lied about having teeth.

Cut and dried? Have you ever seen the penakty for such an offence taken to directly in front of the posts before? Yeah me neither. So case closed. Souths fans iq is equal to or less than teeth volume.

I think you mean quantity of teeth.

Technically I could have one massive wisdom tooth which would be the same volume as several small incisors.

Your using too many big words for a bulldogs Fan. Words like 'have' 'one' and 'be' have too many letters for a bulldogs fan to comprehend

Hey hey don't move the goal posts, most Dogs fans are still struggling to merely understand why it was even a penalty, let alone why it was moved to in front of the black dot.

Gerard Sutton on the footy show tonight
Very impressed with the way his handled the interview and explained himself on the show tonight, I bag refs as much as the next person but have come away with some new found respect for refs after that interview and seeing how he handles his job
