On Matty Johns show tonight they explained it wasn't a shoulder charge as there was separation between the arm and the body. A shoulder charge uses the body as extra weight so you keep your arm tight to the body to carry one out. That's how its DEFINED in the rule book.

SBW didn't do a shoulder charge as SPECIFIED in the rules and yet you claim he's protected because they didn't charge him with something he didn't do :lol:
