Remember the days when test match pitches always favoured the batsman? Tests were as boring as batshit.
This pitch is ok. Offers something for the bowlers and the batsmen just need to knuckle down and not try and score at a run a minute.
In saying that, the batting makes for a very entertaining spectacle.
Far better than the days when Boycott would score 20 from 200 balls faced!

India would have produced a road if they were 2-1 up.

Our batting isn't good enough and it's made it exciting hopefully for the greater good.

I prefer these wickets. You get a result. I don't know cricket as well as most on here but still enjoy watching it. I can't stay interested if its 3 days in and still the 1st innings and you know a draws coming.
Scores around 300-350 in 1st innings usually will mean a result
