I hope Rein was injured because otherwise taking him off after he got us back in the game demonstrates Price has little judgement or feel for the game. Absolutely the most dissapointing game this year. I feel for Soward who is playing his guts out.

Nothing wrong with what Chase did. If he stays on the outside man, then the decoy player gets the ball and he goes through. It was the outside man who should have come in to stop Robinson...The size of the hole was huge. I thought Chase looked sharp.

We gave them too much leeway out of dummy half all night. They should never have got close enough to score after a good kick from Sowie. Very disappointing.

Agreed mate ......also the amount of time we allowed their kickers on the 4/5th tackle hardly anyone rushed up and put pressure on them (which we hardly ever do) and our passes from the play the ball week in week out there bloody awful.....and forwards running one out with no support......and so on and so on and so on.....just basic stuff really .....you dont have to have a team of stars to execute these areas of your game, and thats where the players and coach have fallen down this season....and why were placed where we are.....

Stanley has strength when running the ball, so if he has issues in reading defence throw him into fullback. Tell him tackle the man with the ball.

im f**kn furious after last night what a disaster of a season this has become, Price has ruined the team and structures Bennett created, and Chase Stanley you shit f**kn playa.

In the cold light of day have a think about what you called Chase Stanley. I think you are going too far with a comment like that. He made one mistake which may or may not have cost us the game.

The Raiders had two or three options on that play. The try was scored because we did not defend in numbers. After Soward's good kick, they made 80 metres. They should have been stopped a long time before they got so close.

I dont quite get the Chase hate either. I haven't re-watched the game, and I have no intention to tbh, but on first glance i thought the bad read came from Soward. Actually it was a bad read from Soward that led to 3 of Canberra's tries. Chase had his man, Soward didn't react. Thats what I thought anyway

I don't think its Chase hate. We replaced Gasnier with Chase and hes not the same standard. Even under Bellamy at the Storm he made poor reads in defense and their structure is possibly the best defensive structure in the comp over the last 5 years. Obviously Bellamy didn't rate him that highly because he let him go. Yes, he has a great flick pass, but I.M.O we need an X Factor player in the Centres. That said, lets find a decent halfback first.

Chase has shown some great touches in attack.

Defensively he didnt miss his man once, it's more a combinations issue with Soward than the individual. That can be fixed with time.
