I thought going in they’d be good for an upset or two. Was definitely worried about them knocking us over, but glad they’ve at least taken down England, Sri Lanka and Pakistan first. Should England knock us over the. Our game against they could be for a semi final place.

Instead of being in 5th position 4 points away from the kiwis.

We are in 3rd coming in undermanned against England with the Kiwis looking like the side to slip.

Started a new job recently where there is a lot of weekend work to be expected. Fortunately sporting gods given me this weekend off.

Kiwis vs Pakistan is a huge game. Pakistan win and they probably take 4th spot. They have the moral crusaders in the final game whilst NZ have Sri Lanka. Pakistan also get the advantage of playing last knowing exactly what they’ll need to do to qualify.

Afghanistan play us and India. They’re a chance against us if the pitch has a lot in it for the spinners but will only beat India if they rest players. We have the spirit of cricket and Bangladesh either side of them so should be able to win the games required to finish 3rd.
