C'mon give Vella a fair go. OK, so he had a shocker in the opening round but he has been steadily improving with each game and was one of our best against the Knights. He is a notoriously slow starter each season, so let's see how he's travelling by round 10 before we start suggestig we give him the punt. He does need to produce some solid back to back games (something he hasn't done since 2001) so this weekends match should be a real test for him.

I think you could swipe Vinnie Anderson from the Warriors, big hard runner, and theres only so long the Warriors can play three centres in the side with one off the bench, its a waste of an interchange spot, so I'd say they'd unload one of them, Martin has just been signed and Toopi is one they'd want to keep, so try for Anderson.

Ryan Cross would be a good pickup, he can sniff out a try and I don't care how many injuries he's had recently, he was in top form last year and has continued that this season.

I'd buy no one if I was Parramatta, there is plenty of depth in the centres, Gruska, O'Dwyer, Langi, Prince; maybe O'Dwyer will fill Jamie's spot if he turns out to be very good in defence and in attack.

As for Graham I'd have him on the wing, his defence in the centres is terrible doesnt aim up, he's got the speed and the ability.

Its hard to replace one of the world's best centres.

i noticed the one and only ben kusto playing for ryde on the weekend maybe we could fit him under our salary cap :whistle :alcho: ](*,) [-X

But seriosly what we need is to offload the duds in the side like wise, wade and stop buying duds and give the up and commers a go...

True Parramatta buys "bargain" players. And they aint no bargain.

I'd like to buy a up and coming second rower, Just for some more depth. But no more than that.

I would love to see Stuart Fielden from England as he would be as good if not better than Morley. This champ goes all day.

I would love to see the $250K spent on a complete unknown. Maroubra Eel would probably sign for that sort of cash. He might just have what we are looking for.

LET'S BRING BACK JIMMY DYMOCK :D :D :D

Nah I'd say keep our money, we seem to be doing fine with the talent we have at the moment so why not try to keep a stable side for more than 2 seasons?

Why bother with halves when we currently have Witt and Thorman in the reggies. They will come good sooner or later. O'Dwyer looks pretty good too. Give them time and they will blossom. Luke Burt will be a superstar, Grothe and Petersen are pretty good, there's a few okay centres and I include Vaeliki as only okay.

I think a really good one could be the buy. Maybe a hard running mountain in the Gene Miles mould. Would also suit the game Brian is trying to implement at the moment.
