It's a great thread except for one thing. There is only one or maybe two answers.
Obvious one is 3yrs. Or two if we are very poor.

What are you expecting everyone else to suggest? 4yrs? 6yrs? 12yrs or 1yr? Everyone was going to say 3yrs. Or 2yrs if we are terrible.

I don't think any one really called for Arthur's sacking until this year. All other years things were tough but the fanbase felt something could change. That doesn't look likely anymore.

It's not that we're coming last but Arthur cannot improve this team more than where it is at atm.

I'd give the new coach 5 years and use the 4th year as a judgement call on the 5th.

Id give someone like Trent Robinson 5 years (if in some miracle we were able to get him)

First two years to build a squad he wants regardless of the results. You would think he would look to bring in a marquee player or two that can also bring in leadership eg a Keary or Tedesco type.
Then the final 2-3 years to deliver a comp (or two)

I wouldn't have a problem giving any of these guys a good 3 years
