I think we would all like to be an american football player and play in the NFL.

So I was wondering, if you could play in the NFL what position would you like to play?

For me, well at 6-0 and around 170 pounds unless I bulked up a bit I could only ever play cornerback, runningback or wide reciever. Even then I would be on the smaller side for those positions.

The positions I would really like to play (with a little bit more height and a lot of extra weight) would be OT or on the defensive line (but only in a 4-3 def).

Frankly im too small to play
im 5'7 and around 165 pounds, i guess with some muscle mass and be a Darren Sproles style RB/return specialist

but if i could prototype myself, id want be a pass rush specialist, OLB in a 3-4 where i can rush the passer preferably so i can mix with a bit of coverage, or a 4-3 DE with a license to kill QB's every play.

I should have been drafted years ago. I've got a solid 40 and great hands. Would probably get a gig on special teams.

LB or TE for me. 6'2 and 260 pounds would put me right in the frame for either position.

I once scored 28 tries in a season playing league as an 18 year old in an open aage league so speed was never a problem either.

G. Or TE. I still say I had the classiest 2yd button-hook the world has ever seen!

So many wanting to be D-lineman, but play the game, D is for dummies! It's where you play when you can't read a playbook!

safety - ball hawk

i actually have been throwing for years since high school, and i do possess an arm like Jeff George - mean arm strength but only accurate indoors.

Running back for me. Just under 6 foot and my best attribute in any sport I have played has been pace and ability.

Running back/ tailback.
Safety on D, I think D would be a lot harder to play just bar quarterback and LT as would being a defensive coordinator.
