I'd like to know why a bunch of armchair forum experts seem to have more idea than the people running the club.
They dont, they are just deluded enough to think they do. Truth be told no one on this or any other Raiders forum have a single idea on how to run an NRL footy club
They have no idea the challenges the club faces, they have no idea on the intricacies of the salary cap, player negotiation, sponsorship negotiation, day to day running of a football club operations.
Nor do they have any idea on how to manage professional athletes. How to design and run a professional training regime for an NRL squad, how to devise and effective game plan for NRL competition, nor do they have an idea on management of specific athletes injury needs and management. Nor do they have any idea on sports psychology and how coaching and psychology interact. Nor how the coaching programmes use a mixture of techniques to tailored a sporting team or athlete to peak at various parts of a season/programme pending on their schedule
Nor do they understand the impact of bio mechanics and how it can influence performance and results, simple movements from certain muscles and limbs and the efficiency of that movement, can massive change how the successful the action is.
I include myself in this, as i have no idea on any of these issues, however recently i've been made aware that over the course of my studies i will be made well aware exactly how important these issues are, particularly the coaching side of things, and no one here has the business nous to correctly manage a football club
So no. We dont have a better idea of how to do things then those in the role now. Fact. Suggestion otherwise is frankly ill informed and ridiculous.
