Coastal, you must be delighted that our NSW Cup team is a merger with Melbourne then.

Very - NOT.

I know we needed to do it for $$ reasons but from what I can see we supply most of the players. What really shyts me though, is the fact that we helped a club who have committed not only probably one of the biggest salary cap rorts but they have also responsible for introducing the wrestling shyt into the game. Then they have the hide to whinge when caught and still don't acknowledge that they did wrong.

I know we all hear about other clubs cheating but this mob got caught.

Agree with 1 and 2. I personally have Melboure at 3 with Easts at 4.

Again, its in the constitution. Easts arent in the top 4.
Personally I would have the Dogs at 2 St George at 3. I cant really remember too much bad blood between the 2 clubs. The Dogs however, are exactly that. They had players who had a premeditation to mame our key players. This policy lives on at that club.

Fair enough given the Rogers and Wakefield incidents. Rogers maiming was a disgrace and a sad end to his great career. Wakefield was a good player who was never quite the same after he was head hunted.

Easts got my ire in 02 when they had the rules convenient re-interprested leading into the finals to suit their defence which led to winning the comp. It had the smell of '78

I can't for the life of me substitute any club in the #1 hate spot as Manly. I have a long memory and those things that happend.... ifs, gunnahs, shouldofs or buts... if we had won in 78 instead of being robbed then our club would not be in the position it has been over the past 25 odd years.

Next is a dead heat between the Stains and Donkeys. I like the Illawarra side of the fold and merge. But the born to rule mentality of the Stains gives me the shIts.

I personally dislike Eastern Suburbs roosters more than I dislike the Storm. The c**ks were rortin' long before the Storm made it an artform.

The storm shormmm. I am glad they got busted but geeze how many times has the NRL sh!t on some clubs for the sake of others. Its endemic the rorting and cheating.

Cast your memory back to when the C0cks ran last a couple of seasons ago. Bear in mind we (sharks) were skint broke and looking for sponsors etc. What happens the following season. The sponsorless C0cks, the mob that ran last and collected the spoon. What happens... what f**king happens, they get the first five rounds on Free to Air which results in Mr Steegles coming onboard... blah blah blah.


Sometimes I wish that we had a crook running the show ... so we could get our fair share of shonkey decisions.

Manly are the benchmark. Remember Dougie getting sent off at Brookvale. The Hartleys had to win to make sure of a top four spot I believe. Everyone in rugby league knew that was a bum wrap.... but after a couple of weeks it was all forgotten.

Anyhow there is always next year for us. And it will be great to watch the slide of the Stains....
